Warranty Information

MICRODIA Flash Memory Cards and USB Drives have International Lifetime Warranty. For exact warranty period applicable, customers are advised to refer to the Warranty Certificate.
 
Instruction: Insert the Flash Memory Card into the memory card slot on your computer, cell phone, digital camera or PDA. Then use the device as normal (For example, creating, copying, editing and moving files). The Memory Card can also be erased and reused.
 
Cautions:
* Avoid using the card when the battery is low
* Wait for the operation to complete before removing the card
* The card is designed to fit properly into the system one way only
* Do not bend the card or force it into the slot
* Avoid placing the card near high static electricity or high power source environment

MICRODIA Ltd. (MICRODIA) products are warranted and tested to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to conform to the published specifications. Should your MICRODIA FLASH MEMORY CARD product (PRODUCT) malfunction during normal use in its recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials within the warranty period, MICRODIA will repair or replace your product with a comparable product. This warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein.

Duration of Warranty
MICRODIA warrants this PRODUCT to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its life so long as you own it from the date of purchase. MICRODIA will inspect and make the determination as to whether the PRODUCT is eligible for repair or replacement. The decision by MICRODIA regarding eligibility of the PRODUCT for repair or replacement will be final and binding. MICRODIA reserves the right to provide a functionally equivalent refurbished replacement PRODUCT.

Limitations
This warranty applies only when the products are used in devices complied with specifications of appropriate standard. This warranty does not apply if the product is not used in accordance with the product instructions.

This warranty does not apply to PRODUCTS that fail due to neglect, misuse, accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, repair, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power. MICRODIA PRODUCTS must be used in proper devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. MICRODIA will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes MICRODIA PRODUCTS to fail. MICRODIA products are not warranted to operate without failure. MICRODIA does not recommend the use of its products in life support applications where in a failure or malfunction, the product may directly threaten life or injury. MICRODIA shall in no event be liable for any loss or damages including consequential, indirect, or incidental damages such as lost profits, lost business investments, lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data. MICRODIA is not responsible for recovery of lost data or image and does not warrant against any loss of data or image (including data stored on product returned to MICRODIA for service), and assumes no liability for such loss or any loss. MICRODIA is also not responsible for damage or failure of any third party equipment, even if MICRODIA has been advised of the possibility. This limitation does not apply to the extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.
