How soon can I receive my goods?
After your payment is charged, we'll have 2-3 business days to process your order. You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 4-7 business days for Local Delivery within Australia or take 5-10 business days for International Delivery. And you will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped.

How do you protect your goods during shipping?
We pride ourselves in individually hand wrapping each and every item personally. We will use the appropriate protective packing material to avoid any foreseeable transit mishandling that may occur. We use cardboard protective packaging for packaging. However, we strongly recommend registered post to ensure safe delivery of your purchase.

It is simple for you. MICRODIA has a flat shipping fee and you can choose from our automatic calculated fees during the checkout procedure.

How much does local and worldwide shipping service cost?
It has always been the policy of MICRODIA to provide the cheapest possible freight solution to our customers. We presently ship world wide via Australia Post. The shipping quote covers the shipping and packaging/crating of the product. We offer a flat fee rate for Local and International deliveries with services starting at $5.00 for local delivery.

Registered Post - $8.00
