Refund/Return Policy
Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the MICRODIA Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions.
MICRODIA wants its customers to be happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact us via our enquiry page on the website within 7 days of the receipt of the product. You will be issued with a Return Authority Request number. If the item is unopened, send it back to us in the original box, and MICRODIA will offer you a store merchandise credit. You must return the product to the MICRODIA warehouse within 7 days of the issuance of the Return Authority Request. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging. Sales items are not returnable.
