MICRODIA guarantees the quality of all its products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for Customer Service Assistance.
Our Returns Policy
MICRODIA continually strives to ensure the products you order from our website are delivered to you in optimum condition. However, if the items you have ordered are delivered to you in a damaged, defective or poor-quality state, you may return those items to MICRODIA, within 7 days of delivery and we will be refunded. If you have simply change your mind with the purchase, you will be given a store merchant credit, however, return shipping must be paid by the customers. The returned item must be in, or as close as possible to, its original condition and packaging.
Returns
If you have received damaged and/or defective items that you wish to return to us, simply send us an email in order to obtain a return authorisation code. Please include the following information in your email:
1. Order ID
2. Order date
3. Your name
4. Your email address
You will be advised by email of the address to which you need to return the goods.
Refunds
You will be notified by email once we have inspected the damaged or defective item and processed the return. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving the returned damaged or defective item. Where applicable, we will deduct delivery costs from the refund.
Credit Card Refunds
MICRODIA processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned delivery. Please allow at least 14 days for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Mailing your Return
Place all items to be returned into a suitable and sturdy box and provide enough packing material to minimise the risk of further damage during transit. If you are unable to locate the packing slip or the order number, just enclose with the return, details of the person who purchased the order.
Product Stock Availability
MICRODIA only ensure to list the products we have in stock only on the website. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your oder we will notify you by phone or email within 2 business days to arrange an alternative product or a refund.
